Meet Zach Emond, Owner and Founder
Zach Emond is a highly experienced and skilled individual with a fiery passion for plumbing and HVAC. With over 19 years of experience in the industry, he has dedicated his life to honing his craft and becoming the best the field. His journey began in 2002 when he enrolled in a technical school for plumbing and heating at Auger River Tech in Claremont, NH. Eager to learn and grow, he spent the next four years undergoing comprehensive training and emerged as top of his class.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge, he continued his education at NEIT in Warwick, RI where he pursued an additional year of training before embarking on my apprenticeship in Vermont and New Hampshire. During this time, he honed my skills in service, plumbing and heating, with a special focus on new installations and plumbing system layouts.
In 2018, he joined the team at New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating located in Portsmouth, NH. There, he devoted my time to working on public and private water and sewer systems. It was here that Zach truly found my calling as a plumber.
Relocating to Tulsa in 2020 was an exciting change for Zach. Taking on the role of plumbing manager for 3rd Gen Plumbing allowed him to showcase not only his skills but also his leadership abilities. As the manager,Zach oversaw all design and installation projects while ensuring that our team delivers top-notch services to our clients.
Currently, Zach is responsible for running all job sites at Zanco while overseeing operations, coordinating work activities, managing resources, and ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. He takes great pride in his career path as it has provided him with extensive experiences that have helped shape him into the skilled tradesman he is today.
Every project that comes his way, whether it's designing new systems or fixing existing ones, he brings unmatched expertise, creativity and determination to exceed expectations. For Zach, nothing is more satisfying than using his skills to solve problems while constantly learning and growing along the way.
With a plethora of knowledge under his belt coupled with diverse experiences throughout his career journey so far - Zach is equipped to provide customers in Tulsa and surrounding cities with top-notch plumbing services. His unwavering dedication towards delivering exceptional service sets him apart from others in the field. Meet Sam Flowers, Owner
Sam Flowers is a driven and diligent business owner with a true passion for his craft. With over two decades of experience, he has built an impressive resume and established himself as a skilled professional. Starting as an apprentice/helper in 1993, Sam gained extensive knowledge in service line operations, replacements, and new installations with Rural District Number 4 in Wagoner County.
His love for learning and desire to expand his skill set led him to work for an HVAC company specializing in new installations. Later on, he took on the role of a contractor, focusing on dirt work for new home constructions. Through hard work and determination, Sam had the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from different fields such as electricians, plumbers and farmers.
His dedication paid off when he became an installer at Heartland Wireless Cable in 1996 before moving on to become a contractor for United Artist (now known as Cox Communications). During his time there from 1998 to 2007, he managed rebuilds and new service line installations for entire neighborhoods.
In 2007, Sam joined RCF Enterprises as a superintendent where he played a key role in the company's growth. At the same time, his entrepreneurial spirit drove him to purchase a skid steer and begin part-time work with GSA Enterprises. From just one machine in 2016, his fleet has now grown to include four machines, three trailers and three trucks – a testament to his hard work and success as a business owner.
Currently owning and operating Zanco Solutions, Sam's role involves managing all aspects of construction projects with precision and finesse. He takes great pride in using all of his past experiences to deliver top-notch plumbing services to businesses and homeowners in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With his vast experience and unwavering determination, Sam Flowers continues to make waves in the industry and inspire others with his remarkable journey.
